I am most satisfied with the manner in which your team operated and the final results they produced. I was asked for permission for vehicles to move onto the property. I was asked if using just partial boards for the fascia was OK, and I was asked if you could leave your trailer overnight.
When I questioned the condition of some of the wood of the soffit or fascia, I was always satisfied with the resolution of my question. When I had questions about other matters, such as the wood over the former vent opening, there was immediate action. Please thank your employee who crawled into the hot attic and nailed 2x4's over the wood covering the vents.
It was a pleasure to see the manner in which your team operated and the final results they produced. They appeared to be a group which worked together well and did so with excellent efficiency. Each person seemed to know what they were doing and did it well. My wife and I talk about your daughter throwing shingles like cards from a deck, each single landing just in front of the roofer, requiring only minor movement before being nailed down.
I particularly liked it when your were present on the job site. It gave me a feeling of confidence that the "old man" was there.
You promised me that you would do an excellent job, I think you did just that. Please tell your entire crew how satisfied I am with their work.
